Privacy policy
Effective October 1, 2026.
This site belongs to Spike For Her, a Spikeball tournament in Ocean City, New Jersey, run by Zeke Kane through The February Foundation. You can reach us at spikeforher@gmail.com.
What we collect
This site has no forms, no accounts and no cookies of its own. We collect two things.
- Email you send to spikeforher@gmail.com, which stays in our inbox so we can answer you.
- Visit statistics from Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views, the page you came from, your browser type and your country. It sets no cookies and doesn’t follow you to other sites.
Who else sees it
The site is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes your IP address to deliver pages and the statistics above. Our email runs on Google Gmail. We don’t sell, rent or trade anyone’s information, and we run no advertising pixels.
Links to Venmo, Spikeball, Instagram and Unite for HER take you to their sites, which have their own privacy policies. If you give through Venmo or Spikeball, they handle your payment details and we never see them.
Why, and for how long
We use your email only to reply and, if you ask, to tell you when registration opens. That’s based on your request. We use the visit statistics to see what people read, which is our legitimate interest in running the site. We delete old email we no longer need, and we delete yours whenever you ask.
Your choices
Email us to see what we have about you, correct it or delete it. If you’re in the EU or UK you also have the right to object, to move your data and to complain to your data protection authority.
We don’t track anyone across sites, so the site works the same for everyone whether or not Do Not Track is turned on.
Kids
This site isn’t aimed at children under 13 and we don’t knowingly collect their information. If you think a child has emailed us, tell us and we’ll delete it.
Changes
If this policy changes, we’ll update it here and change the date at the top.
